These terms govern your use of ziipart.com and any purchases made through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Products

ZiiPart sells genuine phone spare parts, including screens, boards, batteries, and tools. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Orders

Placing an order through the site or in-store constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Returns and refunds

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund once the issue is confirmed.

Parts must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a change-of-mind return, and we may deduct a reasonable handling fee to cover testing and restocking. Items marked as final sale, custom-ordered, or used for diagnostic testing beyond normal inspection are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as ZiiCoin credit, if you prefer) once the returned item is received and inspected, typically within 5–7 business days.

Accounts

If you create an account (including via Google sign-in), you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. You may earn ZiiCoin rewards on eligible purchases, subject to change at our discretion.

Payment

Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of liability

ZiiPart is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
